The annual meeting of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, EBRD, will take place in Lviv in 2021. Previous two meetings took place in Kyiv in 1998 and 2008 gathering a large number of guests from different countries.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has the status of an international financial institution with the highest credit rating (AAA). There is a representative office in Ukraine that is located in Kyiv.
In cooperation with the EBRD many infrastructure projects were implemented in Lviv.
