On May 11-13 UITT International Tourism Exhibition: UKRAINE – Travel and Tourism was held in Kyiv. For the first time in a long quarantine period, representatives of international tourism organizations, national and regional tourism committees, tour operators and travel agencies, government agencies, airlines, hotels, and media gathered live to present their destinations, current tourist news of the summer season.
The Director of Lviv Convention Bureau Andriy Pavliv took part in the panel discussion «The Future of MICE Industry», organized by the National Tourism Organization of Ukraine. Together with colleagues, they discussed MICE trends, improving the infrastructure for conference events, government policy in promoting Ukraine in the international arena as a platform for international business events.
During the exhibition, 150 participants presented their stands. Among them – leading tour operators, hotels, national and regional tourism organizations and agencies, ministries, tourism administrations, relevant associations from 14 countries: Albania, Argentina, Bulgaria, Vietnam, Georgia, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Spain, Lithuania, Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, Croatia, Montenegro, and 13 cities and regions of Ukraine in the exhibition Ukrainian Hospitality Days
